Our exchange policy lasts 30 days for regular stocked items only. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be a regular stocked-and-priced item, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and/or with tags still attached. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Clearance and sale items are final sale.

Shipping returns

To exchange your product by post, you should mail your product to: Box 3219, Kamloops, BC V2C 6B8.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
